Spinal Decompression in Naples, FL.
A measured approach to selected neck and back concerns.
Spinal decompression is a form of mechanical traction delivered using a specialized table. It applies controlled pulling forces to the spine and may be considered for certain patients as part of a broader care plan. It is not suitable for every cause of back or neck pain.

Is this treatment right for you?
Not every treatment is right for every person. We'll begin with your symptoms, your health history, and what you're hoping to get back to doing.
These are some concerns we may discuss during your visit:
- Selected neck and low back complaints
- Some cases of radiating arm or leg symptoms
- Certain disc-related presentations following evaluation
This is not a diagnosis or a promise of results. An examination helps determine whether care here or a referral makes sense.
What to expect.
We'll talk.
Tell me what you've been experiencing, what you've tried, and what matters to you.
We'll evaluate.
I'll examine your concerns and explain my findings and the available options.
We'll decide together.
We begin with a conversation and examination to understand your symptoms and screen for reasons traction may not be appropriate. If we decide to proceed, you will lie on the table while I set the equipment according to your needs and tolerance. Sessions at our clinic typically last about 15 minutes.
Comfort, safety, and clear answers.
You may feel a gentle pulling or stretching sensation. Tell me immediately if treatment increases pain, numbness, or other symptoms. We will reassess your response rather than promise a fixed number of visits or guaranteed outcomes.
I will explain what we know, what is uncertain, and the alternatives. If imaging or a referral is appropriate, we will discuss that before moving forward.

You don't need to know which service you need. I'll listen, examine your concerns, and help you understand your options.
