I'm Dr. Lance Leonard, the chiropractor behind Leonard Chiropractic here in Naples.
I opened this practice because I wanted to create the kind of office I'd want my own family to walk into. A place where you're welcomed by name, someone actually listens, and you can ask questions without feeling rushed.
My goal isn't just to get you out of pain once. It's to be the chiropractor you trust for years to come.

Stiffness, tension, and limited movement. Whether it bothers you at your desk or when checking your blind spot, we’ll work to understand what’s going on.
Sciatica
Symptoms that can travel into the leg or foot. We’ll assess your symptoms and explain which treatment options, if any, may be appropriate.

Individualized assessment of disc-related symptoms. We’ll discuss your findings and whether options such as spinal decompression make sense for you.

Exploring possible neck and musculoskeletal contributors. We’ll listen to your headache history and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate.
