I'm Dr. Lance Leonard, and I'm the chiropractor behind Leonard Chiropractic here in Naples.

The kind of office I'd want my own family to walk into.
I opened this practice because I wanted to create the kind of office I would want my own family to walk into. A place where you're welcomed by name. Where someone actually listens. And where you can ask questions without feeling rushed or embarrassed.
My path here was personal.
I didn't set out to become a chiropractor. I found my way here the hard way. As a kid, a sports injury left me struggling to even breathe normally. I saw specialist after specialist with no answers, until a chiropractor finally found the real problem and got me back to full health. That experience stuck with me. It's also probably why I went on to spend my childhood and teenage years fully immersed in sports, playing every position in baseball and years as a hockey goalie, eventually playing junior hockey, because I got the care I needed to keep doing what I loved.
That early experience is what eventually led me to chiropractic as a career. Along the way, I earned a medical science degree, worked as a genetic analyst during the Covid-19 pandemic, and helped medical doctors engineer and bring new medical devices to market, experience that shaped how I think about the body and how I approach your care today. I went on to complete my chiropractic education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota.

When someone walks through my door, they're bringing more than a sore back or a stiff neck with them. Maybe you haven't been able to golf the way you used to. Maybe you're tired of waking up uncomfortable every morning. Or maybe you simply want to keep doing the things that make life enjoyable.
No matter what brought you here, I want to be on your team. My job is to listen to you, understand your goals, explain what I'm finding, and help you make an informed decision about your care.
And if you decide to trust me with your health, I'll never take that trust for granted.

Outside the office, you'll probably find me golfing, grilling, fishing, playing guitar, or biking down to the beach, living the Naples life I moved here for, while still (loyally, painfully) rooting for my Minnesota teams every season.
